Colored Jeans? Yes.

Last week, as you may or may not remember, I did a post on colored jeans.  I asked on for your opinion on them, and 79% of those who answered gave colored jeans the thumbs up.

So . . . naturally, I bought myself a pair.

And, naturally, I ended up being obsessed with them.



And, naturally, I got a little cocky and made Mista T. take glamor shots of  me wearing them.

So, the verdict is in:

                                                                         Colored Jeans?  Yes.

I do have a few colored jean "rules," though:

1.  Buy the right size.  I know, I know . . . this applies to all pants . . . but because these pants are so bold, buying the correct size is especially important.  If you buy too small, weird wrinkles and bunching will be more apparent. 

2.  Pair colored jeans with a longer top.  I love how tucked in shirts look with wide leg pants . . . but with colored skinnes, I feel like it draws too much attention to the crotch area.  Which is not cute. 

3.  Be confident.  If you're going to wear colored jeans, wear colored jeans.  Stand up straight, smile, and act like you love what you look like.  You'll look better this way.  I promise.
