Perfect in my Mind

Thursday is A'ight.

So, this week has been crazy.  Lots of good . . . and lots of not-so-much good. I had originally planned on posting something whiny about how things haven't been going my way . . . but, instead, I'm going to tell you things I love this week.

1.  Remember when I posted about this coat?  Well, it has a belt that goes with it . . . but, I hate how it looks with the coat.  So, I decided to wear it as a headband.
And I ended up loving it a great deal.  It got to the point where I tried (rather unsuccessfully) to make other belts in my closet headbands.  It was nice.

2.  My mom has the cutest poodle of all the poodles.  And she dresses him in cute sweaters.  And it makes me smile.  Every.  Single.  Day.
3.  Do you guys use Aragan Oil on your hair?
I didn't until recently, because I thought I would make my hair greasy.  But it doesn't!  It just makes it shiny.  And smell like a friggin' dream.  I love this stuff.

4.  Double Fudge Cookie Dough Blizzards.
I was being a sad little sad person last night, and Mista T. came brought me a double fudge cookie dough blizzard.  My entire night was made.  Maybe even my entire life.  Soooo good, people.  Soooo good.

5.  My mom.
Alright, so I always love my mom.  But it just seems that lately she's been more than a mom.  She's been my best friend.  My mom is amazing, and she always helps me realize the blessings in life.  I am so grateful for her.  And I'm grateful for the Diet Dr. Pepper she bought me this week.  With a shot of Raspberry flavor!  Ahh.  But mostly I'm just grateful for my mom.

Whatever not-so-great things are happening in your life I want you to know I am sending you the good vibes! Clearly you know how to turn lemons into lemonade without the good vibes, but they never hurt anyway!

I was never close with my mother until recently, and I have to say.. it is a change I am tremendously grateful for.

Your mom is so cuuuuuuuuuute! You guys look alike too!

ANDDDD, I hope you have an especially fantastic weekend!

:)

I love Blizzards! There isn't a Dairy Queen within 2 hours of my town and it's an ongoing joke where everyone talks/jokes about how we wish we'd get a Dairy Queen. *sigh*

If you evern need to you can e-mail me or skype me or g-chat and we can have a cyber girls night and maybe we can share a blizzard together. Calories don't count during girl's nights. boom baby!

I have had one of those weeks, too!!! I think I might take a leaf out of your book and get a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, because I freaking love them. And, of course, Dr. Pepper makes everything better. Also, I LOVE your red jeans.

Gah! I hope your weekend is wonderful and makes up for the not so good of the week. But I love this post! :] I especially love that you made a belt into a headband. I'm going to go through my belts and try it now!

I've thought about posting a whiny blog also. Haha.

Your mom has amazing hair. Seriously.

Where do you get the stuff for your hair? Is it expensive?
