The Summer Games Story.

So,  Mista T. and I volunteered to help with the Utah Summer Games last night.  We were supposed to carry a flag, or something.  Did you catch that?  Supposed.  The truth is, we were pansy's.

It started raining, and we got lost.

And windblown.  And somehow just ended up back at our apartment.  Making brownies.

Anyway, we felt a little bit bad.

Hours passed, and before we knew it, it was dark outside.  We start to hear gunshot noises.  Not good, right?

Not right.  It was totally good.  We got to watch the Utah Summer Games firework show from the comforts of our own parking lot!

Moral of this story:  When you opt out of your obligations, you will be blessed with a private fireworks show.

May you learn from this.
